A week of work for $1,500. You end it knowing exactly what manual work is costing you, what can be automated, what it would cost to do, and what you should leave alone.
What happens
- day 1
We map what actually happens.
Two or three calls with the people doing the work, not just whoever hired us. Most processes differ from how they're documented; we care about the real one.
- days 2–4
We cost it.
Every repeated step gets an estimate in hours per month. Then we sort by what's worth automating: high volume, stable rules, clear inputs.
- day 5
You get the document.
A prioritised list with hours saved, rough build cost per item, the tools each would use, and a section on what we recommend you don't automate and why.
What you get to keep
The document is yours. Implement it yourself, hand it to another consultancy, or do nothing with it. There's no clause that makes it ours, and no pressure to continue.
If you do build with us, the $1,500 comes off the project price.
Who it isn't for
If your processes change week to week, if the manual work adds up to a few hours a month, or if you already know exactly what you want built, skip the audit and just ask us to quote the build.
