Custom AI solutions that do one defined job
The AI projects that work are narrow. One task, clear inputs, a defined output, and a human who can see and correct what it did. The ones that fail are the ones described as a platform.
$1,500, fixed. One week. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us.

What we build
- Document extraction. Invoices, contracts, forms and supplier PDFs turned into structured records. The clearest win available right now.
- Lead qualification and routing. Scoring inbound enquiries against your criteria, with the reasoning recorded so you can audit and tune it. We run this on our own pipeline.
- Drafting with approval. First-pass replies, proposals and reports, written in your voice and never sent without a human clicking send.
- Internal question answering. Staff asking plain questions against your own documentation instead of interrupting someone.
- Agents with a defined scope. Multi-step tasks with real error handling and a stopping condition.
Where AI is the wrong answer
If a rule gets it right every time, a rule is cheaper, faster and doesn't hallucinate. If the task needs to be correct rather than usually correct, and nobody will review the output, don't use a model. If you can't describe what a good result looks like, the project isn't ready.
We say this early because the alternative is billing you for something you'll turn off in six months.
